Kindly note our New Year's reservation terms:

Booking of the entire Villa is required.
Minimum stay of six nights.
Rental rate includes all package features.
The prices are including VAT.
Payment of 100% of rental amount is required at time of booking for reservations made less than 30 days in advance.
For reservations made more than 30 days in advance, a deposit of 25% of the total rental amount is required. Payment of balance is required by 30 days in advance.
No refund for cancellations made less than 60 days in advance for Christmas and New Year's packages.
No refund for early departures.
